At SumoQuote, I led product design initiatives focused on improving quoting, billing, and onboarding workflows for a platform used by over 20,000 contractors. I introduced a unified design system that streamlined collaboration between design and engineering, reduced inconsistencies, and sped up delivery cycles. Through usability testing and iterative design, I helped refine critical flows to make them more intuitive, especially for field users working on mobile devices.
