At Cubbi, I led key UX improvements and helped shape the strategy for a full UI revamp. I conducted user research across business and end-user accounts to identify friction in ordering, team setup, and menu discovery. Based on those insights, I simplified critical flows, improved navigation, and made dietary filters and promotions more accessible, resulting in a faster, more intuitive experience.
I also initiated a design system audit and worked cross-functionally to align on a phased UI refresh. We prioritized high-impact areas like the order flow and dashboard, introducing consistent components and modern visuals. These updates improved user satisfaction, reduced drop-off during ordering, and positioned the product with a more polished, scalable design foundation.
